HelloJets, a dynamic and rapidly growing airline committed to operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction, is expanding its team of aviation professionals. We are currently seeking passionate, service-driven individuals to join us as non-experienced Cabin Crew Members for our 4 Boeing 737-800 fleet based in Prague.
✅ Minimum Requirements:
• Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation.
• Valid Class 2 Medical Certificate, issued by an authorized aeromedical center.
• Valid passport and identity card (with no travel restrictions).
• Clean criminal record (no entries on legal record)
• Previous B737 NG experience is a plus.
• Advanced English language proficiency (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Czech and/or Slovak language (spoken and written).
✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of passengers throughout all phases of flight.
• Strictly adhere to all standard operating procedures and regulatory safety protocols.
• Deliver an outstanding level of customer service, ensuring a warm, professional, and memorable onboard experience.
• Respond efficiently and effectively to any emergency situations, applying safety and first-aid training procedures.

• Strong customer service orientation and a natural sense of hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multicultural team environment.
• Flexibility to work irregular schedules including weekends, holidays, and overnight duties.

• Competitive salary packages, adjusted based on your level of skills, experience, and competencies.
• Indicative monthly revenue (combining fixed and variable components) starting from approximately 1,700 EUR gross. More details will be discussed with the successful candidates.
